How can your programs work by listening only 8-minutes a day?
We know that people are busy and simply dont have the time or patience to listen to a self-help program that takes 30 or 45 minutes, or more. We understand that for a personal change program to be useful and successful, it must be practical. That is why we spent years designing a program that could do-it-all in just "8-minutes a day." Our programs are very precisely constructed. Each word, idea, or concept has been carefully chosen and placed. There is absolutely no "fluff" in Wisdom Scientific Self-therapy Audio Programs.

What do you mean when you say that your program requires only 3-weeks of listening?

Many people have reported that after listening to a Wisdom Scientific Self-therapy Audio Program for about 3-weeks, and applying to their daily life what they have learned, that their problem was significantly reduced or eliminated, and that they achieved their goal. However, this is only an average experience for some users. If, after three weeks, some part of the problem still remains, you may then decide to continue to listen to the Wisdom Scientific Self-therapy audio program until the problem goes away completely. After your initial success, you may decide that occasional reviews will be helpful. For example, you may decide to listen to the program once a week for the next few months.

Can I use more than one program at a time?

Yes and no: Yes some programs compliment each other. For example, our program Defeat Depression fits well with the program Optimism. If you do plan on using more than one program at a time it is suggested you focus exclusively on the first one for about two weeks or so before introducing the second one. Otherwise you may give your mind too many things to focus on with the result of not learning either program completely. No if the programs are completely unrelated. For example, our program Strong Self-esteem and the program Relationship Listening dont have any intrinsic connection and listening to both at the same time could lead to confusion as you are trying to achieve two very different goals. Certainly, after you have completed one program and have successfully achieved your goal, you can begin to use another program.

What if I dont see immediate results?

The first thing is to honestly assess if you are using the program properly. Do you listen to the program daily? Are you frequently repeating and thinking about the "power thoughts" throughout the day? Are you following the rest of the suggestions and applying the lessons to your daily life? If "yes," to the above, the following may apply to you: Sometimes the source of a problem is planted deep within a person. This may be because of a genetic predisposition or because of a prior experience or trauma. Thus, you may need to work harder than the "average" person to achieve success. Regardless, with continual effort there can always be positive change and an increase in the likelihood of success. Sometimes, being creative and trying something new can also help.

Do your programs use subliminal messages?

No. Subliminal messages can be problematic for two reasons. One by there very nature you dont know what the messages are since you cant hear them. You dont know what, if anything, is being said to you. A person should never trust and open their impressionable mind to an unknown person or random messages. This, unfortunately is what happens when you purchase a commercial product that uses subliminal mind programming. You cannot possibly know the ethics, intentions, and morals of the author. On the other hand, when you hear what is being told to you, it is possible for you to evaluate the messages to determine if they are a good fit for you. However, if you cant hear the messages, you have no idea of what is being put into your mind whether for good or bad. Two when receiving messages that by there very nature completely bypass conscious awareness it is extremely important that the messages match the needs, experience, and personality of the person. This can only happen in a clinical setting where the therapist, the professional who makes the "messages," actually knows a great deal about the person who is to receive the messages. The mass and indiscriminate marketing of subliminal programs do not address the individual needs of the listener, and as a result may even make the problem worse. Our messages are clear, in-the-open, and  for you to decide if you want to accept them or not.
